Terms and Conditions:
- All payments to be made 100% in Advance. Cheques for company sponsored participants and DD for self sponsored candidates must be favoring 'IBM India Pvt. Ltd.'
- Service Tax, as per then applicable statutory rates, is additionally payable.
- The class would be held subject to a minimum no. of 5 confirmed nominations.
- Confirmation of seats is only after the receipt of enrollment form & full payment.
- Any cancellation of class would be intimated 3 working days prior to date of class.If class cancellation is by IBM 100% refund will be given to candidate, as IBM's sole liabilty. IBM shall not be responsible for any other costs or losses.
- If enrollment is cancelled by the candidate less than 4 working days before the date of class, then no refund will be given.
- IBM'S aggregate liability for each class shall be limited to the charges paid by the relevant participant for the said class. IBM shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages.
- Bangalore courts shall have jurisdiction over this entire agreement.
- The class shall be conducted subject to acts of God (Force Majeure)
