Essential

  • ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate
  • Good understanding of English Language

Recommended

  • Direct management experience within IT Service Management
  • Problem analysis experience preferably in Infrastructure Support

Limitation: This course is valid till December 2009 after that it will expire. There-after to get ITIL v3 Expert Certification any individual will have to cover at least 5 ITIL V3 Intermediate modules which will cost Approx Rs. 3, 00,000/- (Rupees Three Lacks) and duration to cover these modules will be approx 30 days.
