1. Introduction

To create effective Project Managers while preparing them for the PMP® examination, TAI in association with PMSOFT is conducting this training program, based on Experiential Methodology of Learning, which is designed to expose the participants to an integrated approach to PMI® framework of Project Management. Apart from passing the examination this program also gives an insight into practical application of PMI® framework in day to day life.

4. Prerequisites

At the time of the application, you must meet the following requirements:

· If you hold a Bachelor Degree

o 4,500 hours of PM experience

o 36 non-overlapping (unique) months of PM experience

o Above must be within 6 years prior to application

· If you hold a High School Diploma

o 7,500 hours of PM experience

o 72 non-overlapping (unique) months of PM experience

o Above must be within 8 years prior to application
